Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kickers, but if they aren't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All returned footwear must be in its original, unworn condition and sent back in the original shoebox.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the shoes in their original box and secure them inside a mailing bag or outer box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Drop Off

  Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
